Hee! I remember watching one of the Bourne movies and there was a part set in Moscow where the militsiya were portrayed as a very on-the-spot with special forces type precision and in tight multi link communication with headquarters. They were shown questioning a bunch of taxi drivers CIA/FBI style if they had seen Bourne at a train station, showing his photo so they could ID him.
