I have no doubt you could do this with a human head. It would be grotesque and evil but the research would definitively prove that there is no "heaven" or "hell". You could "kill" a person by stopping the blood flow to their brain, and revive them within minutes. They could then tell you with confidence if their "spirit" went anywhere. Today we have machines that keep you alive during heart and lung transplants. Thanks to experiments like this, it is possible to live while your heart isnt beating, and your not even breathing.
