I remember the M203, single shot grenade launcher attached to the M-16. You loaded the grenade, closed the chamber, and pulled the trigger. The firing pin shot off the grenade from the launcher the same way a bullet was fired from the rifle.
If I am seeing right, this gizmo stacks three grenade rounds one on top of another in the firing chamber. Which leaves me wondering "Howd'e-do-dat?"
