UPDATE: The scumbag who hit the cop stole a car shortly after getting out of Juvy (doing a 2 year sentence for the video above) and was sentenced to 11 years. Hope he continues to rot.

Anyone can misjudge speed and distance in an urgent situation. It takes balls to throw those things out there. Also, I wonder how visibility affected the situation. In hilly areas of highway, a speeding vehicle can be upon you with little or no warning - happens a lot here in Texas with head on collisions when people try passing on hilly stretches.

Uhm, yeah, I'm thinking there's a few better ways to have done that, but you'd have to use a small portion of your frontal lobe to think of them.....
