An Express Elevator to Hell

During the Rwandan Civil War, Hutus massacred the Tutsis in hundreds of thousands. After their defeat, Hutus took asylum in the neighboring Tanzania and Zaire and many of them were wiped out by cholera epidemic in a matter of days. Many of those people were the very people that committed the genocide. To an observing Western photographer, it looked like anexpres elevator to Hell.
