Canadian cleared in multiple time bomb attacks from 2007.



Suspicions and false allegations by Swiss Federal Intellingence Agency put a electrician for more than 10 months behind bars.



The case was delayed and opportunities to follow other leads were missed, as Federal investigators focused on a single suspect despite lack of incriminating evidence a legal document of the Federal prosecutor states.



Ten persons who had contact to the suspect were rounded up, photo, fingerprints, DNA taken, and had their homes searched.



An additional number of people were questioned, some without an order or knowledge of the investigating magistrate.



The Swiss Federal Counsel intervened on behalf of the Intelligence Services which refused to reveal information on which their suspicion was based on.



The Canadian Embassy and Government refused to clear the suspect of false allegations made by the Swiss Intelligence on a unrelated event which allegedly had taken place in Canada.
