@XR400R you need to rethink what "lawless roads" has to do with an accident like this. it is the mentality of the people that's messed up. When that idiot gets caught by the police, he's gonna go away for good. So, the law/punishment works just as well as in the US; it's just that by that time it's too late for the innocent lives lost.
