It tastes like cats (hence the name). This particular catfish should be spoon feed a bottle of Vodka (it is Russia). After such sufficient "pickeling" you would dress in a 2 pc bikini and cook in a really big hot tub for a good 2hrs. At this time your wife should have called the authorities and you will know, I haven't the slightest idea. :)

That is a hummock of a fish. Things like that will eat ANYTHING that comes close and soon eliminate other species. I've eaten catfish plenty of times in Mississippi ... and it tastes very good indeed. That thing must be worth a fortune?
