Car crash in Russia claims eight lives
Eight people died in a tragic crash in Russia in the Vologodskaya region. The driver of an Audi A4 was reportedly driving drunk when it crossed into the lane of oncoming traffic, striking an SUV in a head-on collision.

Theyre a hard lot these Russians. I'd be doing all i can to help although that wouldnt be too much for most of these poor devils.

yup... decades of gulags, purging, WWII eastern front, and poverty create a people indifferent to pain and suffering. Read "Stalingrad" and "Berlin: The Downfall" by Antony Beevor and you will know what makes a Russian.
There are Russians that stand up for good like the big guy in "Berlin" that protected young German rape victims in WWII. Too bad there werent enough of guys like him to protect the million raped to death by the Russians during their advance into Germany.
The Russians changed hitlers famous quote "We need breathing room" to "Your room to breathe is now your room to die". I think that sums it up.

Guess there's no seatbelt law in Russia, those would have helped. At least two of the victims could have been saved by simply positioning them so that they could breathe, especially the guy who is having a hard time breathing because of all the stuff piled on him.

Hmm... the VW Touareg held up really well in the wreck... the A4 must have been traveling quite fast for that kind of damage... plus... the occupants probably weren't wearing seat belts by the looks of things... that is a very safe car.
Interesting how everyone was driving by... and the camera man didn't even attempt to help the two that were moving...
