We have plenty of Poles here to. Top notch folk if ever there was such a thing. Work very hard and go out of their way to help in any way they can. If only more immigrants were like them. (bar their pike fishing techniques!)
Much preferred to those Muslim scum.

@drivenwell2
On 'public services', I do agree (but they work hard and pay their way,in my experience) unlike a certain demographic of immigrants.
But with the way the UK GOV licks the EU's arse. Immigration is something I have to, very reluctantly, put up with at present.
In saying that, I happily would take, 5 Poles for every muslim I could throw out.
(thankfully N.I. is a muslim free zone, the Poles dislike them as much as we do.)

@Patrick Hodgins Iam not talking about polish work ethic.Iam talking about the fact that even labour said British jobs for British people.Millions of eastern block migrants have helped drive wages backwards!Not to mention its all one way traffick.Time for them to all go home,after all there are 2,000,000 British on the dole.

@drivenwell2 They are on the dole because they're lazy cunts.The welfare system in this country is fuckin joke.They are better off not working.Force these 2millions lazy bastards to work and there will be no jobs for migrants.Simple as that.

@markymark69
Due to the shitty weather here in the UK , there is something of a shortage of carrots, this has forced the supermarkets to use grades of carrots that in a normal year they would have rejected as being too small, lumpy/mis-shapen, or not the right colour. All a bit of a con really as they taste the same. The consumer has been conditioned by the supermarkets to look for the long straight bright orange carrots that usually sell for a higher price, but after this year more people wil More..

@para782 hmm interesting ..the weather has been wierd in the uk recentley it seems .one minute drought and hosepipe ban the next its the wetest weather ..it seems that the water board need to build some new resoviores as everytime i go to the uk it rains at 3 or 4 days ...if they can manage water in isreal and turkey where its hot all the time they shouldnt be calling hosepipe bans so often

@GrumpyAuldBastard
I think he was getting at the fact that there is no comma between Poland and Uk on the label, indicating that Poland UK is a place. Probably the same as if you bought a packet ofveg that stated " Produce of Ireland UK"

I gathered that, but common sense should have prevailed.
Or so I would have thought.
I certainly wouldn't have seen it as a reason to OMG take photo's, rush home and post it on Liveleak inbetween American cops beating Americans, Syrians blowing each other up, Russians crashing cars and Mexicans chooping heads off with chainsaws.
But then thats the beauty of LL........

We have poor labeling regulations here in Canada as well. Produce that is flown in from another country, packaged here, then labeled as a product of Canada.
My guess is that these veg were grown in Poland then shipped to the UK where the company packaged it.
Are you sure there is no town in the UK that is named Poland?

Lot of Eastern European immigrants in the UK. It's only a matter of time. It is located just north of the UK's largest city, New Islamabad.
