  • Notice when the children get smiling and friendly, then an adult comes into the scene and their faces turn to fear.

    • @mannixxx Wow, you're right! Life is good when you don't know you're a slave. Needed to be reminded, but don't worry, when they get older it will be second nature to know their place.

u just tell things u heard about NK. grasseating = bad = NK. and there we have the brainwash.

guess why im posting all this stuff here? because im not scared of that regime anymore. im secure and i want to share all impressions i got and others got to show how IT IS.

and ofc its hard to find bad footage, but if there is some then thats all what "western" media and population are showed to.
i dont want to call it propaganda, but thats how it is . i have both views , at More..

not they dont, they just wondered. and i know you would think now they are gay or something. but thats normal in korea , south and north, to hold hands. for boys and girls the same, it shows mostly best friends.

there is a lot to learn still. but at least you are polite and not using any scatology.

i wish you a nice olympia evening ( hockey right now )

  • Everything is a production over there. Staged happiness abound! These people are told when and what to do, and they better get it right or it's off to the prison witcha! Brain washing at it's best Arti2Ne1. It's a shame. The innocent kids don't know any different.

    • @Arti2Ne1 Moving off of one topic to another..Are you arguing the fact that most people NK people are brain washed? No whats really sad is that you to are brainwashed. I bet you have a huge bust portrait of ole Kim hangin on every wall in your house that you cry to everyday with the feeling of being blessed to just have him in your sight..He is loved more so than your god. It's not just me slick who see's NK for what it is. It's the whole world.

yeah, and EXACTLY thats why i post all i have and know about my homecountry. but the only thing i earn is western news about dying people and insults from "soldiers" like you.

there are good sites too. and i dont want to say that the regime is (was)good, its total shit.

but open your mind, thats all i want to reach here.

    • @Arti2Ne1 It sounds like he's saying that even though the country is the most totaltarian closed society in the world, and that the people are often virtually enslaved; that behind closed doors and like humanity everywhere, there is kindness and decency. Even when we can't see it, and even when referring to those people who have government connections, and aren't starving or eating grass like so much of the population. Or, maybe not...

  • I gotta say, that was pretty interesting! I think it's the first video of North Korea, that feels genuine. There sure were friendly and had a lot of smiles, and they looked happy. They were also well behaved!
I'm thinking that these may be the children of the privileged few. Does anyone know what the occasion was? Artie, Bro, any info would be appreciated. Nice post, too!

they arent "privilegded" just in that sense that they live in a better part of pyongyang, but that doesnt mean elite.

they are school classes preparing for different celebrations.

the reason why this got recorded , was a tourist group bus that had to be exchanged. so this happend then.

any other question ? i will try to answer the best i can.

      - Thanks for the reply. I was quite impressed with how happy the children seemed, and well behaved. A scene like this could be seen in other places, as well?

hallo ösi, das ist nicht gestellt. man sollte sich mit der materie ausseinander setzen und nicht von anderen (meist einseitigen) meinung beeinflussen lassen.

the only reason, that was possible because they waited for a new tourist bus.
