Anybody can build a carrier.the question is can 5,000 Chinamen operate it for more then a month without blowing it up by accident. They can't even make a pair of pliers that doesn't snap apart in your hand, now they are in the aircraft carrier business...i wouldn't want to be a crewman on that death-trap.
