Wonder if he forgot to turn on the fuel petcock. You can go amazing far on just the fuel in the float bowl. Had it happen to me a couple times. Luckily I knew what it was right away and wasn't going around a corner at full tilt.

@Ruffus Wrong. The engine would only rev if he were on the throttle. He was clearly off throttle, trying to decelerate.

@skerne STFU you elitist pig. Who cares if the "technical" term for racing on a public road is road racing. In the US, that would be called street racing. Road racing is a general term for motorcycle racing events held on non-oval paved closed courses...which simulate a winding road.
