Thats really sad. My heart was breaking watching that. I seriously wanted to jump in the computer, cross my legs, and plop down next to this guy, take his hand, and be with him, so he wasn't by himself in his last couple of minutes.

I thought the exact same thing. I'm a bleeding heart when it comes to animals, but mehhh about people. I just felt for this guy because he was sitting there dying with all these people just fucking staring at him.
What I did. Clicked on it, thought it was a gray dog, clicked out cause I couldn't watch a dog dying, and then for some strange reason I felt I had to come back, so I watched it for a sec, realized it was guy and finished watching. God how terrible do I sound??

Wow, great minds think alike! That's exactly what I did, it looked just like a dog the first time, then I immediately felt sick, clicked out after like 3 seconds, then today felt the urge to come back and check, damn strange! Agreed, imagine the pain that dude is going through, we can only hope we have a painless death whenever it comes, just remember to look both ways when crossing the street ;)
