A bomb attack has killed at least 42 people and wounded dozens of other people at a funeral in a village in Yemen's southern province of Abyan.

Saturday’s Taliban style blast targeted tribesmen who fought alongside the Yemeni army during an offensive against militants in Abyan in June .
A doctor at al-Razi hospital said, "We have many people with critical injuries and we don't have the means to treat them.”

In May, a bombing in Sana’a killed about 120 people, mainly soldiers.
