In Moscow, Captain Sergei Marchenko owner of a yacht lost control of his 50 foot yacht, fatally injuring a 22 year old woman, Olesya Ivanova. The police, asked the captain why he didn't slow down, he replied that if it had reduced power it would have probably skid which would have caused even more casualties.
