Anybody that is reasonably educated and pays attention to the news would have a clue about this entire video.
Taking a sentence here, a sentence there out of speeches and showing him when he was wearing traditional dress during a visit to a soverign nation when he wasn't president (I think he went to whatever country that was when he was a senator)
