I have seen 4 of these occur at one time just off Presque Isle.... Very impressive, where was this one?

really?? I go to Erie a lot.. at least.. once a week to once every two weeks. I have not seen one of these.. and I'd like to.

I drove up to a bank of a lake where a water spout was spinning about 30 feet away. It picked up a lot of water and dropped it all down when it was done. A boat about 50 feet away from it didn't even move. It was quiet trippy.

Great video, but that's not a standard waterspout; it's a tornado (note the mesocyclone in the overlying thunderstorm). Cool...
