Wolf hurt, moosehunter to blame...in Norway :)

Sunday morning a wolf was shot only 10 kilometers from my house.
The hunter didn't got a good shot at it so the wolf went back in the forest - hurt.

The hunters in the area have been looking for it for a couple of days but cant find it. The bloodtracks stopped only a few hundred meters from were it was shot.

In fact I hope it went under a tree - to die, and that is the reason why they can't find it...

I don't like the fact that the wolf was hurt, but I like that we hunt wolfs in Norway.

A few years ago a man close by lost one of his dogs in the middle of the day, right outside his house. Another lost a horse the third one found one of his cows half way eaten but alive..all wolf damages..

What do You anti hunters think about that ?

  • We have taken their natural habitats away from them - Mother Nature provides, they as the wild animals will take whatever food source they find/is handed to them.

    Just saying.

  • A quick, clean kill would have made me feel better about this but as EventHorizon just said in his YS vid, "Shit happens."

  • I am a hunter myself, but i think wolf hunting should be banned in Norway. The number of wolves in Norway ranges in the tens, no more, if even that. Research even suggest there are no permanent packs of wolves in Norway, and that the few that are seen, are from a small pack/family that wanders over the border from Sweden and the rest of Scandinavia. Over subsidized farmers whining "they kill our sheep" Bullcrap. There are hundreds of thousands of sheep and other livestock in the countr More..

    • @moosta I might do that. I have a hunting trip planed, and Hedmark is renowned for good hunting, Tiuren og storfuglen kaller :) ( Capercaillie, for all our non Norwegian speaking friends )

  • You'll shoot a wolf for eating a cow but you wont do anything about the Muslims raping your women. How odd.

  • Not a hateful post and certainly not a political one, but when I visit my friend's house in the sticks, I respect there are predators out there and bring the ankle biters in when I'm not outside.

  • I personally don't hunt what I don't intend to eat but when I see a varmit that harms farmers livestock, property ot potentially the public in general I don't mind feeding the buzzards.

  • Yeah it probably went in it's den to die. If there are too many wolves I am for limited hunting. But only if they are too many of them.

    • @moosta i love how humans just set up camp where they like.

Oh? Dangerous animals roam/ live here?
No worries. Ill just kill them so i can stay put.

Humans are the biggest destroyer on this earth. We dont have the right to just kill what was already there long before us.

Stop populating in the wilderness for a start. Stop going into their territory for your stupid thrills. Taking the life of an animal for no reason dumbfounds me.

  • You fucking ignorant prick.

Animals are programmed to do so. They shit, eat and fuck.
Unlike us "humans" who can think yet we do stupid shit like this.

Mammals are supposed to live within their environment, we destroy it.

Good thing this world is ending soon.
