Ryanair call in Spanish police to remove woman from a plane.
Video posted online showing Guardia Civil officers ejecting the woman from the aeroplane, which was ready to take off from the Valencian airport of Manises on Wednesday morning, has sparked outrage.
According to Spanish newspaper ABC, she had broken the budget airline's golden rule of only boarding with a small package - as she was carrying a book and a scroll which would not fit in her suitcase

@b4z_uk I feel ya. However, the rules are there. To get bent when they are enforced is dumb, at best.
I do not disagree that they could have let it go. But I stand by their right to risk their bottom line by enforcing the rule in that manner.

@jen8933 im sure they are.. but she still got passed all the people supposed to enforce those rules.. then she sat down and was told.. "oh no, you cannot possibly have a book and a carrier bag." They wouldnt even let her put it in the over head bins? Jobsworth.. its not as if she is going to cause harm or any kind of problem to the areoplane by having stuff in her hands.
