SUICIDE BOMBER FAIL IN PAKISTAN

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister Amir Haider Hoti escaped a suicide bombing unhurt February 15, media reported.
A suicide bomber failed to reach his target as Hoti's convoy was proceeding to a public gathering in his hometown in Mardan District, Geo News reported. As the suicide bomber drew gunfire from police, he attempted to throw a grenade at them and then blew himself up near College Chowk, one eyewitness told Central Asia Online.
The suicide bomber died at the scene. No other injuries were reported.
