This was recorded yesterday, 25th May 2008, at 4pm in Kazan. A driver speeding out of control crashed into a building, taking down the 'Caution: Children crossing' sign during his subsequent crash.
Anyway, and I'm not sure if this is correct, he walked away and then, apparently, threatened an elderly witness to the accident.
I can't find anything yet on any arrest, but I'm sure there they've caught the guy already.
