@GERMANY_PREVAILS actually she wasn't, just before the accident and while the kid was still walking the lady with the orange jacket looks the other way. For all she knew the kid was going to play on the footpath or go to the families car how the hell was she going to know the kid would run as soon as she got near the curb. At the end of the day the parents are responsible for their kids.
