Old man refuses to cooperate before he knows the reason for his arrest. Police officers won't answer why he's being taken away.
Also after this event a girl who filmed this was harassed for recording in public space.

I understand that the Police have a difficult and demanding job, add to that, that I know little about the American Judicial System. But, is it not the mans legal right to know why he is being arrested? Must he not also be read his rights? The punch in the face is imho definitely assault, it in no way eases his arrest, if you want to do that, you do so with other means involving no strikes, something I know a little about.
