ANGRY Illinois State Rep Explodes on House Floor!

It's aimed at the House Speaker Michael Madigan (Democrat), whom he accuses of wielding too much power. Like a Pharaoh, apparently. Hence the not-at-all dramatic "Let my people go!" reference.
