Obviously fake.
1) that is a hydraulic crane instead of a conventional. Hydraulic cranes swing, and cable up and down way too slow for this type of work.
2) That wrecking ball is cartoonishly big.
3) Unless this is in a third world country, I don't see a wrecking ball being a legal option in this scenario.
