  • Spain, Portugal, Greece, France. They all will see an increase in civil unrest and mass demonstrations. We're JUST into the crisis.

      Couldn't agree more.

Nigel Farrage predicted each country that would go bankrupt in Europe way before it happened and has been right about every single one.

Although I agree with you that Nigel Farrage is painfully right about many issues related to the undemocratic system of the EU. The crisis has not much to do with the Euro itself as many people think. The Euro itself is in my opinion an excellent idea and just a "tool."

The real problem is the banking system, by means of institutes there is really nothing as rotten in society than the banking system as it is now. Bascially we live in a democratic society under a financial dic More..

    • @litebyte I think to change the systems require the willpower and constitution to actions that you know will result in the deaths of hundreds of millions of people in order to eliminate a corrupt system andhope that the one that follows does better. I do not see anyone with that sort of will and courage.

Every white policeman is like that, except that here in the U.S. they only tend to pick on black people.
But in countries where black people are rare, these policemen have no one to pick on so they have no choice but commit white-on-white hate.

This is what happens when a police unit recruits young people who think that because they have a badge and a gun can they act like the king of the jungle.

      Posted Nov-15-2012 By

      (2) | Report

    • @spykerxxx That is surely one thing, along with poor training. But I think there's more than that: you can be king of the jungle AND have the BALLS to be a man too, which means you go after the big guys wearing bike helmets and brandishing fire extinguishers, instead of running after little girls cornered against the wall! just sayin'.

      Posted Nov-15-2012 By

      (1) | Report

    • @bathory72 I think most cases like this are as you said poor training. People would like to cite racism, power trips, etc but I dont buy it in most cases. If a cashier overcharges you, you dont scream racist or power hungry pig. why? bc you dont have pain and a fine. The cops make mistakes just like anyone else with poor training only they inflict heavier damage by the nature of their job.

  • Clearly 99% of commenters have no idea what's going on in Spain. Nationwide protests with anarchists burning up businesses and looting places, breaking windows... one kid, whose place clearly is not in a protest, gets 4 stiches and that's the big deal? Of the 77 people were wounded, 34 were civilians.

Even better is, that when you notice that there is a protest going on around you and you dont want your ass handed to you, leave. If you notice youre in a protest with your 13yo kid, you should be the one getting clubbed.

Someone is confused what it means to protest. Dad comes in the room for another rape session tells you to roll over you say no.

And then you get your ass beat people are becoming very spineless recently.

  • Please think before you comment and say something completely stupid. We don't even know the context of the situation that it happened in. One of three situations, #1 policeman is a douche bag or #2 they hit the police man/committing some crime #3 result of the situation currently happening. Either way kids should be in school, not protesting.Plus if you group yourself with rioters, expect to get hit.

In Italy, through a very tough taxing spree and a strong welfare reform, we are quickly moving out of the swamp for what public fugures are concerned (deficit is moving down and will reach ZERO by 2013, this morning we just got foreign commerce balance figures closing with +498 million Euros).

    • @LoveShock read my comment again. "Accept the fact and get on with your life". UK is indeed in deep shit like the rest of the Europe. A lot less, mind you. But still, there are cuts and many many serious issues. But you don't see people acting like spoiled teenagers or lifeless hooligans. Instead, we voted out useless politicians and bankers and demand answers. If you truly want to help your country, do it right.

  • Soooooo, what is the rest of the story? As in what was happening previously? Obviously, the police are all in full riot gear for a reason. It wasn't to go out on patrol and beat up that dude. Leave it to a liberal to put up some bullshit partial video with an opinionated narrative. Quit following the example the major news networks!!!
