Video is from a 2010 incident and in spanish. There is really no action in the video fyi.


The men being detained in the video were federal police officers that were acting rowdy and causing trouble at a local bar. The bar owner called municipal police who got there and detained them.


Before the municipal police arrived, the drunk federalees managed to call their federal police buddies for help.


At around 2:15 into the video the federal police arrive. As the federalees show up some were off duty so not even in uniform. Armed with assault rifles they demand their buddies be let go. The municipal police are unarmed and cant really do much so they comply. Right before the federalees show up, you can see one of the municipal cops cleaning the face of the guy detained so they wont see him "damaged". Also, as soon as the federal cops show up they say "let him go, let him go" so when they let the guy go he falls off the chair and the federalees reply "oh you let him go, you threw him!?"


Some shots are fired and its not really shown in the video but there were a total of 9 injured municipals, 3 critically and got sent to the hospital.


Although not shown in this video (there is another video, maybe ill post it, its boring though), there was a small army squad nearby who shortly after the federalees left, they caught up to them and all of them got detained. The 2nd video shows the same federal cops on the floor face down apprehended with the army guys getting them ready to be processed. There is no action on this other video either.


In the end, the municipal cops didnt get in trouble as they did nothing wrong, and the federal cops also got off the hook since they were friends or relatives of some local political figure.

***JUst added the 2nd video showing the federalees getting detained by army a short while later. Its hard to see the guys faces but if you compare the clothing worn you can see they are the same people in the first video
