Amateur Video of Small Tsunami
An amateur video shows a small tsunami that was generated by an earthquake in Chile:
2010/2/28 about 17:30(JST) 4.5km from a sea,Niida river,Hachinohe city,Aomori pref. The tsunami height is about 50cm at the sea,at that time. And the Hachinohe bay faces north not Chile. Those are some breakwaters in the bay.

Great vid. It shows that a tsunami is not a "wave" as much as a sudden change in sea level. See how the water stays higher? That's what makes it different from a regular wave... and VERY dangerous.
