Democratic County Chairman openly discusses Israel and the Christian right 

The county Democratic chair from Florida has been forced to step down because of commentgs he made regarding Israel and the Christian right supporters of Israel in America.

This man is right though, the agenda these Christians assist in pushing on Israel along with Zionist supporters in AIPAC and AIPAC like organizations have not made it safer but have in effect served to further alienate Israel from the rest of the moderate free world.

      Over 2K years ago the bible spoke of how the Jews would get their land back. That was as ridiculous as saying we are going to land a person on the moon. The Jews have their land back because of one group of poeple.

      The Bible also said how this little plot of land would become the worlds center of attention. Still waiting for that one to happen???

      That's "Greater Israel", as in larger, as in taking land from surrounding countries.

      I support Israel - and I TOTALLY agree with this guy. The Fundamentalists want to create the conditions that Revelation describes for the return of Christ.

      That's just as crazy as Iran's Fundamentalists creating war to bring the emergence of the 12th Imam (and Jesus, incidentally).
