Nice spin in the title. These are not Al-Qaeda since they dont pledge allegiance to Al-Qaeda, Bin Laden, Zawahiri or anyone else.
They pledge to fight against Assads soldiers and his Shabiha under the umbrella of "Lwa Al-Islam" or "Banner of Islam".
