Out of control ship crash into piers and smaller boats
The vessel was stuck in reverse and when the captain ordered full power to slow her down the vessel gained speed in reverse. Resulting in a collision with the main pier bulkhead and a floating dock on the water and 3 smaller boats.

Probably because I've seen too many movies, I imagine one of the crew members screaming something like 'We're coming in too hot, captain! Reverse throttle!!!'. But that's probably not how it went down at all.

Nice to see when you are sitting on your houseboat, drinking coffee, inside screwing with a laptop with a reaaaaaaaaal baaaaaaaad hangover on Chickamauga Lake. This weekend and Labor Day weekend are the busiest boating weeks of the year. When the wife comes out of her alcohol induced Coma we are heading home to dock. Rocking boats, wakes, and hangovers DO NOT mix.
