The Viet Nam War was indeed a war against the spread of Communism. That war was preceded by two books: None Dare Call It Treason & Masters of Deceit. Communism has won. Has the United States declared War on Russia or on China? No, it has succumbed to the Communist International. The sooner the Democrat-Republican-Independent charade ends in America, the better off we'll be. The Republic is no more.

Vietnam isn't communist, they used communism to be sponsored by the USSR for their fight for independence.
Since then, they've been having market economy, religious freedom and everything.
Go to Vietnam - you won't feel you're in an unfree country fighting private property and dreaming of a world communist revolution.
They're 100% capitalist and just living and being happy.

Communism needed to be born in western Europe to have a chance . It died in it's cradle , but it's clothes were stolen by Stalin and Mao . So we've never actually seen it .
