Bamboo shoot collected in spring is delicacy in Chinese food, sells at higher prices on the market. farmers can afford to lose their crop to boars. During this season the local govt will give farmers the permit and weapons to hunt down boars.

What I was thinking is.. u know how Chinese eat animal parts for powers? Like eating rabbit dick will makes u a fuck fast. Or eating lion heart makes u brave. Or eating shark fin makes u swim like shark. LMAO, jk jk.. but seriously, I think they'd make money marketing the boar as a delicacy since it feeds on bamboo shoots which is a chinese delicacy.
