Information on the occurrence as follows: A Michigan man was indicted July 10 after allegedly firing a gun during a
robbery at Imperial Marathon, 1215 W. Main Cross St., earlier in the
day.

No one was injured, city police said.

Robert J. Reese, 30, of Belleville, Mich., is facing one count of aggravated
robbery, a first-degree felony, according to records from the Hancock
County Common Pleas Court.

The indictment carries a gun specification because a 9mm Ruger allegedly was brandished during the robbery.
