What a pussy, it was just a glancing blow. Catch his breath and be on his merry way! LOL. If LiveLeak has taught me anything though, it's to be more careful when crossing the road. The gruesome videos, like where someone's cut in two, or their legs look they have been through the shredder really hit home what bad-ass damage a car can do to you!
