A speculative research project of sorts. With No outside investment its hard to get down into the nitty gritty. lately the legality of carbon taxation has come into question.

Its basis through self proclamation has led to its downfall. Its squandering of funds.. its part in a strangle hold.

Although any realist will agree that our use of fossil fuels is bad, it seems there is more investment in making the party line than there is in making alternatives. We already have an impact on our environment and we have learned from past mistakes in conservation.

To tax transporting goods to such a degree has its effects on other systems. When a merit system would be so much more dynamic. And not prone to failure. But why all this need for control?
It is of course to make a quick imaginary buck off the little people.
Due to extensive amounts of editing I launch this regardless of its merrits in quality. I do not have a team of helpers.

carbonic acid in the ocean is up for discussion also.

can someone please tell me why there is a connection between rate of Co2 verses measurement of Co2... Its like the more we look for it , the more we find it.
but we never really bother to take a look at the important bits like the Ocean, which covers 2/3rds of the planet.
Its all tax and talk and no affirmative action.
