Utah Highway Patrol dashcam video shows a July 9, 2012 traffic stop involving R. Todd May, a 48-year-old Ogden man. After swallowing a dose of prescription methamphetamine, May is taken to the ground by law enforcement. During the altercation, he is punched at least eight times and was stunned by a Taser at least twice. May is now suing the four troopers in federal court for at least $250,000 in damages.
