Track officials make you sign a release waiver before driving on their track.
It releases any types of liability on the track in case of accidents, or deaths.

Ohhhhhh, right. Yea true, shit I wouldn't claim anything unless it's totaled. You have to cut your losses and just pay out of pocket, that's normally what's done.
My buddy took his 996 GT2 out, got rear ended by a Mustang coming in way hot into turn #7 at Button Willow Raceway. Anyway, they worked it out between themselves, no insurance was called, the Mustang owner paid my buddy privately.
Insurance would require a police report I'm sure for an accident of that caliber More..
