Surveillance tape has been released of an Ohio school bus driver being accused of ordering an attack on a 13-year-old boy caught on the school bus surveillance tape.

The video from the Gibsonburg School District outside Toledo shows the beating. Prosecutors said the driver told two students to attack a third when he wouldn't come to the front of the bus.

The victim cried and cowered during the beating. The bus driver now faces assault charges.

The two students had to write essays for their punishment.

The student who was beaten said he was afraid of the other two, which is why he didn't want to come to the front of the bus to begin with.
