I had a 2000 Trans am with an LS1.
Sold it for a 2001 Corvette LS1
Sold it for a 2007 Corvette LS2
Now have a Grand Sport with an LS3.
Incredible MPG for engines that powerful and needless to say they are stupid fast.

Yea, seems he would have been better off with a Ls1/Ls2.
The LS7 is a beast of a motor, but apparently doesn't work too well in a rear-engine setup?

I am not sure what they had going on. According to their stats there was more than enough power to achieve better numbers. Maybe they had problems getting traction or the car weighed a shit ton after all the mods.

Have Holden "Thunder" SS 6.0L VE Ute thats STD with 270Kw/362Hp and apparently mine does 13.4 on the quarter (has the 6 speed semi-auto box in it) embarrasses Porsche's now :)

I expected a lot more out of this build. 12.105sec @ 127mph isn't really that impressive at all. Fantastic engine that needs some tuning I think. Looks and sounds great but that is a lot of work for such a mediocre outcome ;)

A little piece inside of me just died after watching this.
My E36 BMW M3 was due to receive a LS2 6.0L (Pontiac GTO) motor, I finished the chassis, cage, suspension, etc. She just needs a new heart now.
