This looks like the 2007 live audience production, filmed in Manchester - where most of the original players took part. Classic UK comedy - cheers for the upload

70's? Nah, 80's Yeah :o) Gordon Kaye, for those of you who don't know who I mean he is the cafe owner in the clip, had a live leak moment of his own a few years back when a piece of wood from an advertising board went through his windscreen, he suffered serious head injuries. Still with us though as far as I know.

Loved this, officer Crabtree just has to say "good moaning" and I'm laughing.

Thx for upload.
Great sit com, I have seen every episode.
Ps. The show was on tv from 1982 to 1992...not the 70´s as stated in descriptions.

Wow , the things the audience finds funny ...just not funny. . I've seen real funny British humor ..most of it recent, but 70s Brit humor . ~not that funny, sorry.

What made 'allo allo so funny (to us atleast!) was it never took itself seriously and despite there being serious subjects like executions-it was all done in a slapstick way so never to offend. The audience were laughing hard because it had been off air for around 15 years and to have the cast reunited for one night playing their original characters would have been a once in a lifetime opportunity.
Also,it comes down to the way our nations look at comedy. This was from a British More..

@Zeb So what you're saying is that one has to have watched this show before to relate to the humor expressed here.is that it?

Kinda.Anyone who has previously watched this show would be aware of each of the characters and their funny little quirks and this is what made it so funny. From Officer Crabtree speaking French (badly) which was part of the character and not due to the actors vocational skills through to Michelle from the resistance saying every week-"listen very carefull,i will say this only once".
I guess also its like Marmite-you eiher love it or loathe it.Wouldnt life be dull if we More..

@soilentgreene It is a bit odd to introduce a show by showing a reunion show. Oh, how they had aged. In the actual show, they didn't show the audience, of course. But you must be familiar with the show to get some of the jokes, yes. And some of them are jokes based on the fact that it is a reunion show. It's a sitcom after all.
