  • Using the US flag as a tool to get attention is a disgrace. What a POS.

If a muji came and flew the Taliban flag under the WTC memorial I would do more than just push him.

    • @TEXAS HOLDEM123 what has muslims to do with this video?

    • @WhyMe Since you cannot fig it out yourself I will break it down for you.

The shrine you see is a monument paying homage to the men and women who died in behalf of their Emperor.

The Monument in WTC pays homage to the victims of 9/11.

The US gov was responsible for most of the deaths in Japap.

Just like the Taliban is responsible for the deaths of so many Americans.

      See the similarity?

    • @TEXAS HOLDEM123 Thanks for the lesson, hey I got a question for you, what's the difference between a muslim and a taliban?

    • @WhyMe What, you do not know the difference between Muslims and Talibans now?

First you ask a bone question as what does Muslims have to with this video? Even though I never mentioned the word "muslim" in any of my comments here.

Are you drunk? Or do you always ask such silly questions?

If you got to say something spit it out and quit beating around the bush since, surely you must know the difference between a muslim and Taliban

  • Just to provide context to this: This is an American protesting then-Prime Minister Koizumi's visit to the Yasukuni shrine.

This was filmed either 2001 or 2002. The Yasukuni Shrine houses the souls of those who died for Imperial Japan. It is controversial for members of the Japanese government to visit the shrine because it is seen as an endorsement of that regime. The Chinese protested Koizumi's visits as well. My wife, who is Japanese, won't sing the Japanese anthem because it states that al More..

  • "Jap"? "Nakasaki"? It's difficult to tell who's the bigger idiot and larger bigot: the asshole with the flag, or the poster. The retard's got the stupidity to parade an American flag around at a Japanese memorial to the quarter-million people we killed? Wonder what he'd think if someone stood around the 9/11 memorial waving a Taliban flag...

It's conservative idiocy like this that makes so many people hate Americans...

    • @Pettit10000 Yasukuni Shrine is not for any civilian victims of wars as you imagined. It is (from wikipedia) 'dedicated to the soldiers and others who died fighting on behalf of the Emperor of Japan, including all class A criminals of WII'.

  • Imagine a Taliban holding up an al-Quaida flag at the 9/11 ceremonies last week - all hell would have broken out.

This American dude has no class whatsoever - as bad as a Coptic Christian film maker. Why are some Americans such assholes?

  • This guy is an asshole. He doesnt need to be flying the USA flag in another country at a religious shrine. Ive spent much time in japan and everyone is super friendly and polite knowing that i am from the US. But this guy is just asking for trouble. He should show respect and at least know some japanese if he is going to put himself out in public like that.

  • This is the equivalent of flying a Swastika in Arlington Cemetery. How is it possible for someone who lives and works in a foreign country long-term, to be so culturally oblivious?

The Japs handled it amazingly well, all but one remained polite and the exception didn't resort to violence.
