Syrian Insurgents Execute Prisoners Then Blame The Army
The FSA foreign funded insurgents uploaded a video claiming to have captured pro-government militia 'shabiha' forces. After executing the prisoners by slitting their throats, they made another video claiming that these men were killed by the 'shabiha' pro government militia. Yet more lies and warcrimes from Clinton's and Obama's freedom fighters.

..not necessarily so (re: human behavior).. while the west embodies the 'live and let live', Muslims still live under a social code of RULE OR BE RULE.. it can/does take on many forms and permeates Arab/Muslim societies...
So while you're absolutely right about this being tribal, it's Islam's 'sanctified immutability' that consecrated this tribal code up to present day...
