That may not be so bad depending on the type of tarmac desired. It may be required to be porous rather than compacted.

- @DEADBEEF Dude that's not porous asphalt, that's ghetto russian paving at best. Looks like they're trying to fix a rutting problem, but definitely not porous asphalt. Porous in russia means you have a bullet hole in your gut because every time you drink vodka you leak out of the hole.
