  • I really think this man would have made a better leader in bringing the country of Afghanistan together than Karzai. This man laid the hurt to the taliban and Alqueda any chance he got. So what happened to his following? were they absorbed into the Taliban? or pretty much left alone

      I was going to say, his Charisma was so thick, you could cut it like a knife. The people followed him to the end, his troops morale was through the roof. He is a legend in Afghanistan.

  • It's too bad although he had a lot of blood on his hands he was tolerant of others and would've been a key person in unifying the country.....better than Karzai anyway. Thats why the taliban asked al-qaeda to assassinate him. He even tried warning America that Al-Qaeda was planning a major terrorist attack.

Both fought for the good for their People and both were killed in a violent method. They will not be forgotten, these true Warriors!
