They have this in Turkey accept all the cars in the convoy tie towels on the mirrors/antenna so they don't get lost in traffic.

You guys are idiots, thats obvliously some form of government motorcade. You can see in the begining the S500s are in the middle surrounded by SUVs and they're equipped with sirens. Considering what a punk thug their current leader is I'm not surprised by the "gangster" look at all.

defo wedding convoy as a lot cars had towels or ribbons tied on mirrors and passed beeping horns and shiet,i would say a politicians/high ranked officials son/daughter gettin married because of the police cars at start and trigger-happy guests.some must be profiting well in checenia eventho most awfy poor.
