I was filming on a U.S. Destroyer so I was very close to this Blue Angels Jet. It was only 30 feet off the water flying at 400 MPH !!!

I think the best part of a Blue Angels or The Thunderbirds show is when the announcer says, If you look towards the north ( Ft. Lauderdale Beach) you will see the Blue Angels heading down the beach in their famous diamond formation. The planes are comming from the north at damn near stall speed, every eye on the beach is trained on the jets, necks are craning to get a look.
