I lived in China for a year. Trust me when I tell you this! Pedestrians have no rights. Foreigners, such as this one, need to know that. Cars have the right of way. Not people walking, electric bikes (half the population) or bicycles. There is even a separate lane for these. Everyone knows to stay out of the road there because the China people can't drive and they certainly don't care if you are in the way. It is required that every citizen take a driving course in China to get their lice More..
