I was in Beijing a little while ago, and the teams around Tienanmen Square are no pussies.
They ride around on huge bikes in teams of three or four.
The hardware they are carrying makes them look like a one man army, and I doubt there was an ounce of fat between all of them!
Just one look would make anyone thinking of playing silly buggers with them, think twice.
I never felt so safe in any city anywhere else in the world.
Seems that a lot of the anti/negative comments, come from the people More..

These aren't Chinese police, these are South Korean police, which explains the English. The reason how I can tell, @ 1:11, you can see the initials Gepik in the background on the business' yawning.
GEPIK stands for Gyeonggi English Program in Korea

The reason why it says 'Police' is because (if this is Hong Kong) Hong Kong was under British rule until 1997. So many chinese spoke and/or learned english.
